## The Core Physics (Amplituhedron)
1. **The Amplituhedron**
   - Authors: Nima Arkani-Hamed, Jaroslav Trnka
   - ArXiv: `1312.2007`
   - File: `Arkani_Hamed_The_Amplituhedron_1312.2007.pdf`

2. **Into the Amplituhedron**
   - Authors: Nima Arkani-Hamed, Jaroslav Trnka
   - ArXiv: `1312.7878`
   - File: `Arkani_Hamed_Into_the_Amplituhedron_1312.7878.pdf`

## The Hoffman Synthesis
3. **Fusions of Consciousness**
   - Authors: Donald D. Hoffman, Chetan Prakash, Robert Prentner
   - Published: *Entropy* (2023), Vol. 25, Issue 1, 129
   - Note: This is the seminal paper where Hoffman defines a mathematical map from the Markovian dynamics of conscious agents to "decorated permutations," which are the combinatorial objects that underpin positive geometries like the Amplituhedron.

4. **Traces of Consciousness**
   - Authors: Donald D. Hoffman, Chetan Prakash, et al.
   - Note: Follow-up work further exploring how Conscious Agents project physical phenomena via positive geometries.
